Hola Familia!!! Wow what a week!! Friday we made the 3 hour ride to Lima and the 3 Hour ride to La Molina to have a personal conferance with Elder Cristofferson. . . . YES THE APOSTOL!!!! he was there with 6 of the 70 too. we had a awesome experience i saw some of my friend from the MTC and that was also very cool to see. even though the sisters were about 8 days from home so it made me a little trunky but i got over it quickley when he started to talk. my companion whispered in my ear . . . "i know that it is going to be powerful" and it was. to be honest i was waiting for something huge something that would blow my mind. but in the end he spoke very calmly directly and simply. he talked about the doctrine of christ. and the importance that we have to baptise for repentance. it made me think alot about the angels from centinela. i hope they are feeling the spirit by my words as much as i did from him. he spoke about the confidence in our calling . . . that if we had faith we didnt need to doubt when giving a promise and he commanded us to promise in the name of Christ. we put it to work. . . saturday we went to centinela. they were in their scripture study and we interupted and chalaged them to be baptised (12 people were present) and they all had doubts and fears but we promised and they accepted. i have a increased testimony of the apostoles i know that they are called of god and i know that god was talking directly to me and my companion in that moment. we now have a baptismal service on the calander for the 15th of september we are just waiting and praying for a baptism in the ocean!!! it is just that the chapel is too far away. today was transfers but i am happy to say that we are both staying. i was praying so hard today that it would be like that and it was. i thanked president in my email today and he responded at a instant and said .... "are you crazy i think i will let you die in that area" so it seems like Huaura will be my last area but i am not going to count my chickens. we started going to a gym this week with my companion. we are teaching a man named Walter that has his own gym so he gave us free passes and it was interesting. if you cant tell from the pictures my companion is a bean. he weighs all of 120 pounds and is as tall as i am. well we did legs one day and he walked like a old man for the rest of the week. :) i am so glad i finally have a companion that i get along with 100 % and the best part is i dont feel like i am training a new missionary he, unlike others, has the same fire i do to go out and get it done even if he is sore. He is also teaching me "Huarani" which is the second offical language of Paraguay. the hermana in the foto last week and this week is one of the sisters that i talk alot about. her name is maria her son Jeanpool was baptised last week. but she has yet to make up her mind. she is very sweet but at the same time very confused she. she knows it is true but the Enemy is working very hard to stop her progress. her family is always telling her lies and that is a huge road block for us. keep maria in your prayers in the confrence i met with Elder Morel Chevillet and he told me that Olga has yet to be baptised too. so keep praying for her. well fam i am going to purge myself today so wish me luck and always remember that i love you all so so much i miss you all so so much but until they put a lid on me and burry me here in Huaura (i prefer centinela if i have any say in the matter) remember i am working as hard as i can.
