Hola Familia, how is life? mine is just dandy working like always in the work that never ends. we have some great famlies that are progressing rapidly toward a baptism date the only thing that is stoping them is that they are not married. but we have dates set for them to tie the knot and so that means that soon we will have some great new families in the church and future marriages en the temple. it is interesting how often i see the lords hand in the work here. and this week i started a little pocket book of all the experiences that i see i will try to share one every once in a while. we have recently been teaching a young man named Luis Flores and for the first time his mom let us enter the house to teach. she is ¨pentecostal and she wanted nothing to do with us. so we start in with a prayer and she turns on the tv. we start teaching about prophets and she turns the volume up. but as we started into the apostacy an amazing thing happened. she very slowly started to lower the volume. and by the time we had gotten to the part of Joseph Smith and the first vision. she had the tv turned off and was listening. we finished the lesson and she promised to pray with her son to find out the truth. it was cool to feel the change in the attïtude of Carmen and now to see her progressing. i have some good news!!!!!!!!!!! i got my shoe, but just the one haha the other package has yet to arrive but i am sure that it is close. but thankyou for sending them i was close to proseliting in sandals. well fam it is off to fruit and then to FUTBOL on a natural grass pitch woo hoo it has been 4 months since i have seen grass. but remember that i love you and that i am working as hard as i can Elder Landon R.
